High performance steel 2" dropped spindle manufactured by Heidts Hot Rod Shop for a 1964-72 Chevelle. This spindle has been designed to raise the upper ball joint location 1 1/2". This determines the arc the upper control arm swings.The purpose is to give a better camber change throughout the suspension travel. This cannot be achieved with control arms. This is a bolt-in replacement. These spindles will accept any aftermarket disc brakes made for a stock spindle, if using stock disc brakes the caliper bracket needs a very minor trimming to fit. Comes with complete installation instructions. Sold as a pair.

 RECOMMEND USING WITH HEIDT'S CONTROL ARMS 

NOTE: These cannot be used with drum brakes

Performance tubular upper control arms manufactured by Heidts Hot Rod Shop for a 1964-72 Chevelle. These state of the art designed control arms come already powdercoated with 1 1/4" diameter tubes,urethane bushings and ball joints installed. Upper cross shafts are offset to allow better caster adjustments to improve straight line tracking and cornering. Sold as a pair.
NOTE: These will fit all 1964-72 GM A-body cars.

Performance lower control arms manufactured by Heidts Hot Rod Shop for a 1964-72 Chevelle. Control arms come already powdercoated with urethane bushings and ball joints already installed. These are built from a full 1 1/2" diameter tube and are available for either standard coil springs or coil over shocks. Sold as a pair..

Performance rear control arm links manufactured by Heidts Hot Rod Shop for a 1967-72 Chevelle. Upper links are fully adjustable built from 1 1/4" diameter tube and lowers a full 1 1/2" square tube. Kit comes already powdercoated with greaseable swivel and fixed bushings installed. Urethane bushings tighten up the suspension and the swivel ends allow roll deflection under cornering loads to give solid,positive handling. Sold as a complete set.
NOTE: These will fit all 1967-72 GM A-body cars.

These performance links attach to the upper bolt of the rear link and to the rear chassis crossmember of a 1967-72 Chevelle. These are designed to take the added stress of the rear suspension links. Sold as a pair.

The design of these hubs move the steering wheel 2" closer to the dash than a standard hub. Must be used with a 9-bolt style steering wheel. The picture shows the relationship between a stock hub and the shorty hub.
NOTE: When using these hubs, please be aware of the clearance needed for a signal lever or shift arm.

This is a steering wheel adaptor kit to use most stock 1955-68 GM steering wheels on a Ididit column. The kit comes with horn contact plate, spring, pin, retainer and aluminum trim ring for steering wheel. The paintable trim ring fills the void created by the small diameter wheel and the larger diameter signal housing.

Bracket bolts to inside of firewall to secure bottom of steering column.

Coupler necessary when using a floor shift style column and a stock 1955-57 steering box. Coupler is 1"DD x 3/4" DD. Requires cutting 2 flat edges in stock steering shaft to create a 3/4"DD.

Coupler necessary when using an Ididit floor shift style column and a power steering box. Rag joint has a 1" DD x 3/4-30 spline.

Coupler necessary when using a column shift style column and a power steering box. This rag joint also is used when mating a later model steering box to an original column and splined shaft. Rag joint has a 3/4"-36 x 3/4"-30 spline.

This harness has correct ends to plug in original dash harness and steering column. No wires to splice.
